UK Delivery

 

We will usually dispatch goods the day after receiving your order.  Please note that all deliveries must be signed for.

 

 

  • UK Standard Delivery is FREE.. This service usually takes between 3 and 5 days

 

  • UK Express Delivery (1st Class Recorded) £4.99. This service takes between 1-2 days.  

 

  • Next Day Delivery is FREE to customers within Havering Borough, Late delivery (after 6.30pm) also available. Contact us for availability..  

 

  • If you are in a rush, CLICK & COLLECT same day from our premises is possible after 4pm on Mon, Wed, & Fri and after 6:30pm on Tues & Thurs.

 

  • Any query or concern you have regarding urgent delivery of your shoes please contact us, we will try to accommodate you the best we can!  Contact us here.

 

 

 

Europe Delivery

 

Including Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Islands and Republic of Ireland.

 

  • Standard Delivery - £14.99.  Additional pairs will be £3.00. For this you may order as many pairs as you like.  Signature is required.  This service can take between 7-10 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Standard Delivery - From £19.95. Additional items is £3.00.  For this you may order as many pairs as you like. A signature is required.  This service usually takes between 7-10 working days but please allow 14 days for delivery.
 

 

How to Return an Item

 

We understand that sometimes the shoes just aren’t right so we are happy if you wish to return items. 

 

 

  • You can return items to us in an unworn, saleable condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be returned into your account.

 

 


  • Return postage costs are paid by the customer. Please ensure that you keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of the returned items.

 

 

  • Once we receive the shoes in a satisfactory and re-saleable condition we will process the refund to the original account used to purchase the shoes.  Refunds will be process as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of receipt of returned items to us. 

 

 

  • Resalable condition means that the shoes have not been worn outside and have no marks or scuffs on them.. I.E the same conditon that you received them in.
